We are totally flexible in this regard and it’s your choice as to which you prefer.
Avonleigh Homes are also knockdown rebuild specialists and closely working with our clients we have successfully undertaken many such projects.
Another unique aspect of our company is that we have the credentials, vision and capacity to design and construct the landscaping and pool for your home in-house, thereby giving the entire project a very sensible holistic approach.
If this approach is adopted it can also save you time and money with council Development Applications as the total package of home, landscaping, and pool would be presented for assessment and approval in one submission. You would also not have to begin all over again researching another company’s credentials to ensure that they have the capacity to produce appropriate and relevant quality landscape design and construction workmanship.

Step 1 – Briefing
The briefing takes place on-site where we:

Step 2 – Design
After taking a full brief and examining all aspects of the project we:

Initiate searches to establish all site restrictions (including town planning, services, soil conditions and site surveys).

Develop an initial concept design for your review.

Develop landscape and/or pool design ( if required).

Procure all necessary reports.

Finalise a schedule of inclusions for your home.

Collate information to prepare the preliminary project estimate.

Present the conceptual design drawings for your approval.

Revise the design and/or estimate where necessary to keep the project on budget.

Formalise the Building Tender
Step 3 – Development Application
Once you have approved our conceptual design and have formalised the Building Tender we:

Prepare detailed Development Application drawings.

Select all external colours with you.
-
Secure building approval.
Step 4 – Contract
In this final stage we:

Prepare all engineering documentation and obtain the construction certificate.

Sign the fixed price building contract.

Assist with finance approval if required.

Schedule on-site commencement.
